Jennifer Aniston dares thanks to her new sports practice
The new Hollywood gurus? The coaches of the stars who make the obsession
with being perfect a reality. At least that's what Jennifer Aniston has
shown us in We're the Millers.
In Glamor magazine, Jennifer confesses: "Since I was 20 years
old I have been going to clubs because they were fun. In this case I
was lucky to have a fantastic choreographer named Denise who taught me a
beautiful dance that I perfected for several weeks. ".
"I have to confess that once I finished the movie I stopped
going to the gym. Now I've gained some weight; it's not just a matter of
genetics, if you want a good body you have to work on it but I admit that
getting caught up in Yogalosophy helps me to be this good year after year,"
he tells us.
And this is the perfect time to explain what Yogalosophy is.
"Yogalosophy is traditional yoga that incorporates cardio as a complement.
And it attracts those who practice it through music, healthy recipes and
meditation," confirms Aniston.
But what is essential is not in the physical but in creating
and maintaining responsible eating and exercise habits and learning to
respect ourselves both physically and mentally.
As an introduction, we will tell you that yogalosophy
leads to loving your body, but not without becoming obsessed. Set short-term
goals, so you will feel the satisfaction of having achieved them. Choose the
healthiest options because in this way you respect yourself and that shows
both in body and mind. Visualize yourself at your best moment, in triumph to
associate that idea that if we were able to achieve something once, why not
a second and other times. Receive support, but let's not be selfish,
