Baby on Board! Britney Spears announced that she is pregnant
The famous singer revealed that she will become a mother for the third
time, along with actor Sam Asghari.
It's official! The pop princess is pregnant and she has already
confirmed it through her Instagram account. At 40, Britney Spears happily
announced that she is expecting her third child with 28-year-old Iranian
model and actor Sam Asghari.
The surprise came through Spears' Instagram account. There, the
interpreter of Baby One More Time published an image of a pink cup
accompanied by some flowers and a message in which she said that she got in
shape to lose some weight for a trip to Maui. However, soon after she
noticed that she was regaining the lost kilos, so she decided to take a
pregnancy test to confirm or rule out any possibility.
To the surprise and happiness of both, the test result came
back positive. This means that Britney would be waiting for her third child.
And, in the case of Sam Asghari, it would be the first time that he would
become a father.
The singer remarked that she would stay away from the streets
to prevent the paparazzi from affecting her tranquility and that of her
baby, since in her previous pregnancies she suffered from perinatal
depression. She, as well as she, also mentioned that she will stay somewhat
away from the stage and recording studios; but she will work out doing yoga
every day and will surely post several videos through her personal Instagram
account.
Sam Asghari, boyfriend of Britney Spears also talked about his next
family stage
After the networks of Britney Spears received hundreds of
thousands of positive messages, congratulating her on her next maternal
stage, Sam Asghari also took advantage of the emotional moment to express
her feelings as the father of her first child.
“Marriage and children are a natural part of a strong
relationship filled with love and respect. Fatherhood is something I've
always looked forward to and I don't take it lightly. It's the most
important job I'll ever do." Asghari commented on Instagram.
Currently, Britney Spears has two children, the
result of her previous marriage with the dancer and singer, Kevin Federline,
with whom she was married for almost three years. Her eldest son, named Sean
Preston, is 16 years old, while the youngest, Jayden James, just turned
15.
After the divorce, a judge awarded them 50% custody of the
children. However, this changed in 2019 when Sean Preston had a dispute with
his grandfather, Jamie Spears, for which Federline reached a new agreement
with the judge to have custody for 70% of the time, while Britney was left
with only the 30%.
