Foxx, who wore a blue t-shirt and shorts for her outing, was seen lying on top of the bikini-clad woman as she planted a kiss on her lips.
After sharing a laugh on the chaise, the woman, elegant in a red two-piece swimsuit and gray shorts, climbed onto the back of a jet ski. She held on tight as Foxx led them into the Sea-Doo.
Her beloved outing comes just weeks after Page Six spotted the actor in Miami for the Formula 1 Grand Prix. He was seen partying with LeBron James and Meek Mill, and dining at the popular celebrity spot Carbone Beach.
Later appeared at GALA Miami, where Foxx jumped to the microphone for an a cappella rendition of Kanye West's hit “Gold Digger,” in which he appears, as he and his entourage occupied various booths.
"I'm Jamie, King Foxx," he declared, before asking the DJ to cut the music as Meek Mill and Drake's "Going Bad" began to play. "We have to start that song from the beginning... everyone have a drink in your hand right now."
The “Spiderman: No Way Home” star was previously linked to Katie Holmes from 2013 until her split in 2019.
The couple didn't appear in public together until the Clive Davis Pre-Grammys Gala in New York in 2018, just a year before they broke up.
