Jennifer Aniston: "I have people in my life who are everything to me"
The actress assured that she is going through a moment of fulfillment and
that she is very grateful for the friends she has and for all the way she
has traveled.
At 52 years old, Jennifer Aniston talks about her present and
recognizes herself as a "lucky" and "blessed" person for the path she has
traveled. Self-awareness, dedicating time to meditation and friendships, and
enjoying small pleasures are the keys to this moment of fulfillment that
runs through her life.
In dialogue with People magazine, the actress revealed how she
lives her days. A few months after the premiere of the second season of The
Morning Show, Aniston said that although she has a very full work schedule,
she dedicates part of her time to rest and contemplation.
“Sunsets are my favorite time. I wish we could freeze
time at that magical hour of the day, when there is a lot to assimilate”,
she reflected in a spiritual key, which has also led her to the practice of
relaxation techniques that she incorporated as a routine.
“I meditate every day. Any type of yoga practice is my meditation. I
just have faith in something higher and I believe in humanity, although
there are many things that discourage us from believing in it, but I do,
”she expressed convinced.
On how she would describe her life right now, the Friends
star cited the importance of her work and her friends in her life, as well
as her beloved pets: her dog Clyde. Sophie and Lord Chesterfield.
“I am really at peace. I have a job that I love, I have
people in my life who mean everything to me, and I have beautiful dogs. I am
a very lucky and blessed human being,” she expressed.
Mentioning a "last moment of happiness" experienced, the
actress expressed, "It's so simple, there's no way, but there are times when
you just feel it."
“Self-awareness is key,” she continued. “I really accomplished
a lot in therapy. Just because you are a public person, there are many
incredible things that happen to you, but there are also many difficult
situations because we are human, ”she reflected.
Finally, Jennifer told her that, above all, she would like to
be remembered for having made those around her laugh. "I have a good heart
and I am a great friend," she assured.
