It was not easy for Liam to face his divorce from Miley, after ending his 8-month marriage, the actor sought refuge and comfort in his native Australia in the company of his family; however, the romantic adventures of his ex-wife have not left him completely san.
Although Miley's relationship with Kaitlynn Carter caused a great impact on Liam's emotions, his ex's new relationship with the Australian singer, Cody Simpson, has ceased to matter to him, since he has realized which is much better without the star.
“He really doesn't care anymore. She is free to do what she wants; Liam is done with her. He doesn't know if this is his way of trying to get back at him, but he made his decision."
It is said that Liam has made this decision because of Miley's attitude, because he has realized that when you love someone, you don't hurt him!: "That's not something you do when you care about a person, much less about your husband to whom you are legally married. Liam wants to put this all behind him, move on and find a new beginning."
Another source told Hollywood Life that Liam feels he is much better off without Miley, and is now super focused on filming his new movie in Toronto:
“He is much better, he has accepted the fact that their relationship is completely over. Liam needed some time to recover from the pain of this breakup, but now he's in a really good place and he's getting better every day. He is focused solely on moving forward in a positive direction, and he has no interest in leaving, at least at this point."
