The recording shows James Franco arriving at the apartment of Amber Heard, with whom the actress allegedly had an affair while she was married to Johnny Depp.
The trial between Johnny Depp and Amber Heard resumed this Monday after more than a week of rest and currently has the actress as the main protagonist, who continues to provide her testimony in front of the jury.
In full cross-examination, Amber Heard acknowledged that on May 22, 2016, the night before the actress asked her then-husband for a divorce, she was with James Franco in her apartment.
Johnny Depp's legal team showed video from security cameras at the Eastern Columbia Building in Los Angeles showing James Franco arriving at Heard's penthouse around 10:50 p.m.

The recordings also show that Franco, who is wearing a hat and
a backpack, rests his head on Amber Heard's shoulder and then the two leave
the elevator together to go to her apartment.
Amber Heard was in charge of confirming that the man who appears in this video is James Franco and she also revealed that they were both at her home the night before the actress filed for divorce from Johnny Depp.
After allegedly spending the night with James Franco, Amber Heard filed for divorce from Depp the next day and four days later she filed for a domestic violence restraining order against her then-husband.
The name of James Franco has been mentioned several times during the trial between the two actors, since previously Amber Heard testified that her ex-partner assaulted her during a flight after accusing her of having an affair with the actor.
Heard revealed that Johnny Depp accused her of
cheating on him with Franco and repeatedly kicked her during a plane ride
from Boston to Los Angeles in 2014.
"He hated, hated James Franco
and accused me of having had a secret thing with him ever since we did
Pineapple Express," she said.
