The clerk brought a ring that caught the attention of Asghari, who took a picture.
The couple has been together for four years. Recently, the singer used her official Instagram profile to make a statement to her partner. Since 2008, Jamie Spears, 69, has controlled the popstar's life and career through a court order after being gone. In August, the singer's father gave up his daughter's guardianship at the age of 13.
On August 31, Britney revealed that her father is trying to extort more money from her as a condition of stepping down as a guardian. Britney's legal team says Jamie is asking for $2 million, which will be used to pay her lawyers and her former Tri Star business manager.
