Emily Ratajkowski has made a claim that Robin Thicke drunkenly grabbed her br*asts during filming for his Blurred Lines video.
The
2013 music video helped the song reach No1 and it became one of the
best-selling singles of all time.
Now 30, Emily has alleged in her new book titled 'My Body' that when
she appeared in the video, aged 23, Robin Thicke groped her from behind.
She
claimed: "Out of nowhere, I felt a stranger’s hands cupping my bare br*asts
from behind. I instinctively moved away, looking back at Robin Thicke. He
smiled a goofy grin."
She continued: "I didn’t react - not really, not like I
should." She continued to say that she didn’t speak out at the time as she
felt "desperate to minimise" the alleged incident.
She wrote: "My
head turned to the darkness beyond the set. The director, Diane Martel’s
voice cracked as she yelled out to me, 'Are you okay?'"
"I pushed
my chin forward and shrugged, avoiding eye contact, feeling the heat of
humiliation pump through my body."
Diane Martel told the Sunday Times that Robyn had allegedly
been drinking alcohol on set and "sheepishly" apologised to the model.
She told the publication: "I remember the moment that he grabbed
her breasts, one in each hand. He was standing behind her as they were both
in profile. I screamed in my very aggressive Brooklyn voice, 'What the f***
are you doing, that’s it. The shoot is over.'"
Emily said in her book that she was enjoying the music video
shoot up until that moment when Robyn made her feel "n*ked for the first
time that day".
Robin Thicke has not yet responded to the
allegations.
