Despite giving fans a glimpse into her daily workout routine, and being honest on TV about the work she has and hasn't had done, Khloé Kardashian has once again been hit with rumours about her changing body.
After
sharing a series of images from her recent cover shoot for Sorbet magazine,
a follower accused Khloé of using diabetes medication to lose weight. "The
fact she uses dibetic [sic] medication to get this skinny is disturbing,"
the person commented, presumably referencing a rumour that began last
year.
The rumour in question saw Khloé, among other celebrities,
accused of using a prescription drug – used to help Type 2 diabetics to
manage their blood sugar levels – to lose weight. As an insulin regulator,
the drug is injected weekly and can reduce a patient’s appetite which in
turn triggers weight loss.
The drug started going viral on TikTok
as a weight-loss aid, and soon, even celebrities were calling out other
famous faces over it's supposed use. "I am not at all endorsing this, but
people are talking about it," comedian Heather McDonald said on her podcast,
Juicy Scoop, towards the end of last year. "A lot of people are wondering,
'What are the Kardashians using where they had such rapid weight loss and
dropped it so quick and their bodies completely transformed?'"
Notably, there's no evidence to confirm that the Kardashians – or any
celebrity, for that matter – have used the drug to lose weight. And now,
Khloé has responded directly to the rumour.
Proving her
point, the reality TV star took to her Instagram Story later on to share a
video from her home gym. "Now that winter break is over my 6am workouts are
back," she wrote. "Getting back into the 6am workout groove is tough."

tell 'em, Khlo!
