Charlamagne Tha God has said that he’ll perform oral sex on someone if Kanye West somehow manages to salvage his partnership with adidas.
adidas was forced to sever ties with Ye and his Yeezy clothing line in 2022 after the controversial Chicago rapper went on multiple antisemitic tirades. Ye has been relentlessly criticized for months over his repeated antisemitic comments, and despite the pushback and financial loss he’s endured, has continued to double down on his love of bigoted German mass murderer Hitler.
adidas is blaming Kanye directly for its financial loss, which
so far is estimated to be around $1.3billion in 2023.
According
to a statement obtained by TMZ, the brand is in possession of numerous Yeezy
designs it’s unable to sell, and reportedly agreed to a new contract with Ye
that would allow adidas to release and promote the existing product created
under their previous deal. It does not make any provisions for a
continuation of the collection.
Charlamagne chimed in on the conversation as a guest on Andrew
Schultz’s Flagrant comedy show, and said he’d “suck some dick” if Ye was
able to jumpstart a new partnership with the clothing brand.
“I’ll
suck some dick,” Charlamagne said when asked if he thinks Ye and addias
could reconcile. “That’s how sure I am, it’s not happening yo. Neither of
those things are happening. So I’m confident with that bet. It’s not
happening bro.”
Charlamagne then spoke on adidas selling off Yeezy’s existing
backstock, and called the reports fake news, saying the brand wouldn’t risk
their image doing something like that.
“This is a company that
makes 20-plus billion a year in revenue, not saying a billion in revenue
isn’t a loss, but y’all n-ggas make it seem like adidas is going under,”
Charlamagne said. “Y’all realize this company has been around for hundreds
of years? At least a hundred. Look it up.”
After fact-checking this claim, Charlamagne called out his
co-hosts for “believing in Kanye West too much.”
“First of all
why would a company that’s making 20 billion dollars a year in revenue risk
bringing in one guy that’s gonna probably ostracize so many people away from
your brand?” He asked. “Why would you do that?”
Charlamagne also
refused to believe that Ye was sorry for what he said. “Where’s the
atonement? Where’s the dick sucking?” He added. “You gotta suck some God
damn dick!”
This isn’t the first time the Breakfast Club host has
spoken out against Kanye’s antics. Last February, Charlamagne said people as
a culture needed to stop paying attention to, and at times celebrate Ye’s
deteriorating mental health. His comments came as Kanye was relentlessly
harassing Pete Davidson online, who at the time was dating his now ex-wife
Kim Kardashian.
“Kanye is the epitome of just because someone does something
good for you doesn’t mean they’re good for you,” Charlamagne said during a
segment of the Rumor Report on The Breakfast Club. “Like I’ve said before,
in regards to the streets, he’s gon’ learn that wolves don’t make great
housepets.
“He needs to stop playin’ like that. And also, Kim K.
has been rich her whole life. She’s been rich since she was born. Right?
Now, she’s wealthy. So, what do you give the woman who has everything?
Normalcy.”
He added: “We gotta stop d-riding dysfunction, too. Like, literally,
if this was anybody else, and not Kanye West, and he wasn’t the rich,
successful person, we walk around wearing his shoes, y’all would have all
types of slander for his lame activity right now. His lame behavior right
now, for the way he won’t leave Kim alone right now. So, knock it
off.”
