while sitting in the dentist's chair.
The SKIMS mogul shared a
seemingly filter-free selfie on Instagram today, in which she poses for a
quick picture while sitting in a dental chair at the dentist's office
(disposable bib and all). In the picture, she wears a black hoodie and has
her hair slicked back into a tight high braided ponytail.
"🦷 🪄," she captioned the casual snap.
Fans
immediately lost it in the comments.
"Yes an unfiltered
selfie!!!" one user wrote.
Others commented on the unique setting
of her selfie: "Imagine being able to clean Kim Kardashians teeth," "queen
why are we posting at the dentist," and, "This is what I think I look like
in the dentist chair except I don't."
Others also referenced a throwback episode of Keeping Up with
the Kardashians, in which the reality TV star remarks that she has an
uncanny ability to smell cavities.
"Can you smell the cavities in

The mom of four recently opened up about co-parenting with
ex-husband Kanye West as they finalized the details of their highly
publicized divorce.
"I definitely protected him and I still will in the eyes of my
kids, for my kids," she said during a guest appearance on the Angie Martinez
IRL podcast. "It's hard. Shit like co-parenting, it's really fucking hard. I
had the best dad. And I had the best memories and the greatest experience.
And that's all I want for my kids. As long as they can have that, that's
what I want for them."
