GoT Evil Ending Fixes Show's Finale By Changing One Small Detail

Of all the things that are still widely discussed in the Game of Thrones community, the series' ending provokes the most heated and passionate debates.

But hardly anyone enjoyed the original finale, so people have been coming up with their own, and some of them are just amazing. The ending that caught our attention was called by its creator, Jaffiest, "the evil ending".

Using just a bit of editing, they put together a different finale that speculates on the idea that's been in the community for some time: what if Bran used his warg abilities to manipulate the course of events to his own benefit?

"The evil ending" shows us how Bran takes over control in the most crucial moments that led to the canon series' ending.

He made Jaime provoke and kill the Mad King, had Tommen and Melisandre take their own lives, and made Daenerys burn the entire King's Landing when she was heading for the Red Keep.

Though the clip only shows these moments, it implies that Bran also changed other events.

And why would any of it make sense? Was it just because Bran the Broken wished to become the new King that much? Of course, not. This goes way deeper.

Bear with us for a moment.

The Children of the Forest created the Night King, and the Three-Eyed Raven was ultimately on their side. The Raven lured Bran beyond the Wall, and the Night King served as a tool to get the Raven into Bran's brain.

The Night King's served his purpose, and the following march of the dead is merely a distraction.

The Night King's eventual death is no big deal for the Children: the Raven is now inside of Bran, and he starts altering the events so that they eventually lead to Bran being crowned.

But it's not just Bran: it's the Three-Eyed Raven now. Just like that, the Children of the Forest rule over Westeros once again; furthermore, he sends Jon Snow, the human king, to the True North, where the Children can get him under control as well.

Do you remember how arrogantly Bran's "Why do you think I came all this way?" sounded as he was asked to accept the crown? Now you know why.

You can watch the Evil Ending clip.
