“Iron” Mike Tyson has been a fixture in WWE due to his sporadic
appearances. In the late 90s, the boxing legend joined DX before famously
knocking Shawn Michaels out. The WWE Hall of Famer has also made several
appearances in AEW. During a recent interview, the 56-year-old stated that
he would love to fight Logan Paul in a wrestling ring.
Logan
Paul is undeniably one of the most hated WWE superstars. Although Paul is
athletically gifted, he is certainly not a fan favorite.
Wrestling fans’ aversion to Logan Paul is so real that the
YouTuber-turned-Wrestler was on the top of the list of superstars that the
fans want to see get fired. But no matter what anybody thinks, Triple H has
a vested interest in Logan Paul.
Mike Tyson says he would love to beat Logan Paul in a wrestling ring
for “free”
While speaking with Forbes’ Alfred Konuwa Mike Tyson spoke on a
wide range of topics. At some point, he was asked if he would wrestle Logan
Paul in a wrestling match.
While Tyson stated that he loves Logan
Paul, he would still “kick his f***ing ass”. Tyson noted that although he
has never wrestled in WWE, he wouldn’t mind destroying Logan Paul for
free.

“I would do it! I would kick his [Logan Paul] fu*k*ng a*s, yes
I would do it. Even though I love him though [laughs],” said Tyson. “This is
what I found out about WrestleMania: Everybody says ‘that’s fake, that’s
fake. But the check is real. Deep down inside—don’t let [WWE] know—I would
do this for free.”

While a match like that is very less likely to materialize,
some fans would love to see Logan Paul get rag dolled in the ring by
Tyson.
Make no mistake, Mike Tyson can revert to his primal state
after extensive training. His last fight with Roy Jones in 2020
substantiated that Tyson is still as fast as he ever was in his prime.
Logan Paul may become a WWE title holder very soon
After re-upping his WWE contract, Logan Paul told ESPN that he
is aiming to be a Champion in WWE. According to Paul, he would not have
re-signed with the company if he thought he could never hold a title.
The
29-year-old superstar’s multi-year extension may very well hand him a title
shot in the future. Although no contract promises a title run, at the rate
Paul is going, he will most likely become a Champion very soon.

“I wouldn’t have signed this contract if I didn’t think that I
was capable of getting a WWE belt. I think it’d be the coolest thing ever.
I’d love to have it on my résumé, and I’d love to show every kid around the
world who watches WWE that you can achieve anything.”
