Cardi B takes a stand with a "do not disturb" tweet amid cheating
accusations controversy
Cardi B, the renowned rapper behind hits
like "Money," took to Twitter to share a message with her fans and critics,
following allegations of infidelity made by her husband, Offset, which she
vehemently denied.
In a tweet posted on Thursday night, Cardi B,
30, wrote, "DND TYPE OF SUMMER," using the acronym for "do not
disturb."
This tweet resonated with some of her fans, who expressed their
agreement. One fan responded by saying, "Absolutely, I'm planning on taking
a break from people this summer." Speculation also arose regarding the
tweet's potential connection to new music. One Twitter user posed the
question, "Is this the album title?" while another guessed that it might be
the name of her upcoming single.
The tweet follows a public
dispute between the married rappers that commenced when Offset shared, and
later deleted, an Instagram Story stating, "My wife f---ed a N---- on me
gang yall n---- know how I come."
