The royal author has cautioned Kate, the Princess of Wales, and Prince
William against allowing her son, Prince George, to spend time with his uncle,
Prince Harry.
In the year 2020, the Duke of Sussex distanced himself from the royal family
as he and his wife, Meghan Markle, relocated to America. They have since been
residing in California with their two children – Archie, who is four years
old, and Lilibet, aged two.
Earlier this year, during the release of his candid memoir titled "Spare,"
Harry expressed his concerns for his niece and nephews, apprehensive about
them being considered the "spares" in the line of succession.
George, who is ten years old and second in line to the throne, has Princess
Charlotte, eight years old, and Prince Louis, aged five, following behind as
third and fourth in line, respectively. In a conversation with the Telegraph
in January, Harry confessed, "Although William and I have discussed it a few
times, he has made it clear that his children are not my responsibility.
Nonetheless, I still feel a sense of responsibility towards them."
Kate and William provide support for Harry, but it's crucial to shield George
from any negative influence that may come from his uncle.
"Out of those three children, at least one might end up like me, the spare.
And that is disheartening and worrisome," Harry admitted.
Now, Angela Levin, the royal author, has cautioned Kate and Prince William to
protect George from any "negative influence" coming from Harry. Ms. Levin told
OK!, "George is fortunate not to have grown up in a dysfunctional family like
William and Harry. He should fare better. Kate and William are there to
support him. However, it's essential to keep him away from Harry's negative
influence."
Meanwhile, fellow royal author Tom Bower shares similar sentiments. He adds,
"Kate played the role of peacemaker between the brothers during the late Duke
of Edinburgh's funeral. But after the release of Harry's book and the
Sussexes' documentary, that chapter is closed. I don't believe Kate wishes to
encounter Harry again."
"Of course, Prince George will be oblivious to all this - Harry will simply be
forever marginalized in his memory."
