A rep for the blonde bombshell has said it is an 'outrageous violation' of Kate's rights...

Kate Upton and her boyfriend Justin Verlander are just two of many celebrities who have fallen victim to the celebrity phone hack, which has leaked n-de photos of over 100 famous people.

The Sports Illustrated beauty joins Jennifer Lawrence in acknowledging the photos authenticity, unlike Ariana Grande and Victoria Justice who have declared the pics of them 'fake'.

The model's lawyer said: “This is obviously an outrageous violation of our client Kate Upton’s privacy. We intend to pursue anyone disseminating or duplicating these illegally obtained images to the fullest extent possible.”

J-Law spoke out earlier this week, with a rep for the Oscar winning actress saying, 'This is a flagrant violation of privacy'.

Though no pics of her have been leaked, Lena Dunham has shared her disgust for the hacker, declaring them a 's-x offender'.
