Zara Tindall's special occasion took precedence as she geared up to unveil
the gates to her private estates. Zara and her husband Mike, parents to Mia,
Lena, and Lucas, were making the most of the school summer holidays with their
three children - Mia (9), Lena (5), and 2-year-old Lucas.
Adding to their joy, Zara and Mike were set to celebrate their 12th wedding
anniversary on Sunday. Their wedding, which took place on the 30th of July
2011 at Canongate Kirk in Edinburgh, occurred just a few months following
Prince William and Kate's royal wedding.
The guest list for Zara and Mike's anniversary event included a range of
prominent figures from the royal family, such as Princess's son the Kent,
Prince William and Kate, Princess Beatrice, Princess Eugenie, the Wessexes,
and the Tyndalls. The celebration was hosted at the Mayfair Club Oswald's,
owned by British entrepreneur Robin Burley.
Interestingly, notable figures like the Queen Consort and Boris Johnson
frequent Oswald's, but Prince Harry and Meghan were conspicuously absent from
the gathering. Zara and Mike arrived at the club, with Zara elegantly clad in
a Navy Blazer and trousers combo, complemented by a light blue shirt.
Other members of the royal family were also in attendance, with Princess
Eugenie and her husband Jack Brooksbank, as well as Princess Beatrice dressed
in a Louis Vuitton outfit, gracing the family occasion. The presence of the
Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh, Prince Andrew, and Princess Anne further added
to the event's grandeur.
Zara's connection with rugby player Mike burgeoned during the victorious Rugby World Cup campaign in Australia back in 2003. The couple's engagement occurred in 2010, marked by a diamond and platinum ring. Welcoming their daughter Mia in January 2014, followed by Lena in June 2018 and son Lucas in March 2021, the sporty family of five now resides at a property situated within Princess Anne's Gatcombe Park in Gloucestershire.
