In a Manhattan courtroom last Thursday, Sophie Turner, known for her role in Game of Thrones, launched a legal offensive against her estranged spouse, Joe Jonas, seeking the return of their two daughters to England.
The lawsuit, filed by the Game of Thrones alum, demands the "immediate return of children wrongfully removed or wrongfully retained," as per documents obtained by Page Six.
According to Turner, the "wrongful retention" of their children commenced on September 20th.
Furthermore, Turner asserts that she and Joe Jonas, a member of the Jonas Brothers band, had previously reached an agreement during Christmas 2022. This agreement stipulated that they would establish their "forever home" in England and commence the search for schools for their older daughter, Willa.
"The parties were both enthusiastic about relocating the family to England," the documents emphasize.
