Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are basking in the newfound sense of
liberation from the influence of the Royal Family.
According to an insider speaking to In Touch, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex displayed a palpable sense of happiness and freedom during the Invictus Games 2023 last month.
"Their joy together is in part due to their newfound independence from the
constraints of the royal family," the source revealed.
They went on to explain, "They no longer need to be concerned about adhering
to strict protocols. They can be themselves, engage in public displays of
affection, and hold hands without facing scrutiny from The Firm."
The couple faced a significant public opinion setback following the release of
Prince Harry's candid memoir, "Spare," earlier in the year. However, recent
philanthropic endeavors, including their participation in the Invictus Games
2023 and attendance at Kevin Costner's charity event, have contributed to a
positive public reception.
"They are genuinely pleased with the positive feedback they are receiving," the source observed.
"Being perceived as a powerful and influential pair enhances their image. It takes them back to where their remarkable journey began, captivating the world," the source concluded.
