In the video, a woman approached Meghan while holding a microphone, leading
Meghan to reach out to take it, assuming it was meant for her.
However, the woman swiftly pulled the microphone back from Meghan's
grasp, leaving the former Suits actress in an awkward position. In an attempt
to save face, Meghan proceeded to guide the woman, with Prince Harry following
behind.
This exchange did not go unnoticed by royal watchers, who criticized the
Duchess of Sussex for presuming that she would be speaking at the event. Some
accused her of seeking attention, with one user commenting, "She seems overly
eager for attention, thinking the lady was handing her the microphone."
Others expressed their discomfort with the situation, with one person
