Meghan Markle is reportedly staying in a Los Angeles hotel as she focuses
on pursuing significant career opportunities in Hollywood, aiming to establish
herself as a "power player."
According to American journalist and royal commentator Kinsey Schofield,
Meghan, aged 41, is currently residing in a hotel in Los Angeles as she seeks
larger career prospects. Her ambition to become a prominent figure in
Hollywood does not align with Prince Harry's desires.
Schofield mentioned, "One of the rumors is that Meghan has set up shop in a
hotel suite across from her agency William Morris Endeavour and that she has
her eyes set on bigger opportunities. She wants to be a power player in
Hollywood, and this is not the direction that Harry has any desire to go."
Meghan Markle signed with the WME talent agency earlier in the year, with a
focus on pursuing various business and creative ventures beyond acting. WME
represents a range of Hollywood actors and sporting stars.
Despite ongoing rumors of a strain in their marriage, an insider close to the
Duke and Duchess recently denied reports of a "trial separation." Meghan's
alleged regrets over Prince Harry's forthcoming memoir, "Spare," are said to
have influenced her decision to pursue her career.
Meghan rose to fame through her role as Rachel Zane in the American television
drama series "Suits." Although she left the show in 2018 when she was engaged
to Prince Harry, recent reports suggest she may return to acting in a sequel
to the 1992 classic "The Bodyguard."
The potential development in Meghan's acting career has sparked discussions
among royal commentators, with questions raised about her suitability for the
role if it were to materialize.
