The marriage between Chris Appleton and Lukas Gage, which took place in
April of this year, seems to have hit a rough patch, with reports suggesting
that Gage was involved in infidelity, ultimately leading to Appleton filing for
divorce.
The celebrity hairstylist, known for his close association with Kim
Kardashian, officially filed for divorce from Gage on Monday, November 13.
According to a source speaking to Us Weekly, the reason behind the divorce was
Gage's alleged infidelity, and it was a revelation that Appleton became aware
of over the weekend.
The source clarified, "Lukas cheated on Chris, and Chris found out over the
weekend. That’s the reason [Chris] filed," emphasizing that the couple was not
in an open relationship.
Despite being married for just six months, the court documents, as obtained by the outlet, cite irreconcilable differences as the grounds for the split.
Interestingly, the divorce news coincides with an episode of Hulu’s The Kardashians, featuring Gage and Appleton's wedding. The extravagant ceremony was officiated by the SKIMS mogul, who also delivered a heartwarming speech at the reception.
Notably, even before the wedding, the socialite had advised both men to consider a prenuptial agreement.
Romance rumors surrounding Appleton and Gage first surfaced earlier this year, with the couple confirming their relationship in March and tying the knot a month later.
