'Endgame' stirs controversy as the Dutch edition allegedly discloses the identity of the royal figure linked to racist comments

The Dutch release of 'Endgame,' Omid Scobie's globally distributed explosive book, has purportedly disclosed the name of the senior member of the royal family accused of making contentious 'racist' remarks concerning Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's son, Prince Archie.

In 'Endgame,' Scobie divulged that two royals had made derogatory comments about the skin color of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex's unborn child, Archie.

Termed Meghan Markle's "mouthpiece," Scobie, in interviews this week, mentioned that UK law restrained him from unveiling the names of the royals mentioned in private correspondence from Meghan to King Charles.

A page from a review copy of the book sent to Dutch journalists appeared to contain the identity of the royal figure who allegedly made the remarks.

In reference to the letters exchanged between Meghan and the King discussing the matter, the Dutch version of the book states: “But in those private letters, an identity was revealed and confirmed."

A Dutch journalist who noticed the passage stated on his X (formerly Twitter) profile: “The NL (Netherlands) version of 'Endgame' must be withdrawn from sale, says the Dutch publisher at the request of the US agent. A number of passages have sparked debate and may not have been accurately presented. This seems to concern the accusation against XXX (name redacted), about Archie's skin color.

The journalist continued: "This is - as far as I know - only regarding the Dutch version, not the English one. It seems as if only the Dutch version has published the person's name who spoke about the skin color (sic) of the unborn child. XXX (name redacted)."

Xander Publishers, as reported by The Mirror, confirmed it had received a last-minute request from the US to halt sales of 'Endgame.'

However, in the English version of Scobie’s book, no name or names of members of the royal family who may have made the comments are disclosed.
