Explore the unique pregnancy cravings experienced by royal mothers, including Princess Diana, Kate Middleton, and Meghan Markle

From Princess Diana to Kate Middleton, the journey through pregnancy for the mothers of the British royal family was made more delightful with their favorite foods.

Let's delve into the distinctive food cravings of the late Princess of Wales, Princess Diana, and Meghan Markle, the Duchess of Sussex.

Princess Diana:

According to an old report from MailOnline, the beloved people's princess had a penchant for bacon sandwiches during her pregnancy with Prince William. In a note to her chef, Mervyn Wycherley, Diana requested a bacon sandwich for breakfast and a break from tomatoes.

Kate Middleton:

Reports suggest that during her first pregnancy in 2013, Princess Kate relished homemade vegetable curry. An Indian couple, Hash and Chan Shingadia, who owned a shop in Kate's village, Upper Bucklebury, shared with The Sun that they used to send their vegetarian curry to Prince William's wife, as she appreciated their cooking.

"She likes my wife's cooking. We cook for her mum and family. I'm vegetarian, I only cook vegetarian curry," said Hash during that time.

Meghan Markle:

During her pregnancy with baby boy Archie Harrison, Meghan Markle reportedly maintained a healthy lifestyle. According to authors Omid Scobie and Carolyn Durand in their book "Finding Freedom," Meghan's pregnancy cravings included snacks like guacamole and crudities. The book notes that Prince Harry took care of her, ensuring she was physically comfortable and providing her with these snacks.

"Guacamole and crudities were as close as she got to junk food. Not because she doesn't like it; she just didn't crave it," the book mentions.
