Netflix unveiled the initial segment of the sixth and final season of The Crown on Thursday, potentially captivating some members of the royal family with its unfolding drama.
"Intriguingly, a reliable source informs me that Queen Camilla is one of the few royals engrossed in 'The Crown,'" she revealed on Page Six, noting "at least the early episodes."
This concluding season is divided into two parts, with the initial four episodes just released and an additional six scheduled to stream on December 14.
Previously, King Charles hinted at having viewed the show. During the state opening of the Scottish Parliament last year, the then-Prince of Wales reportedly remarked, "Hello, nice to meet you all. I'm nowhere near how they portray me on Netflix."
However, when it comes to Charles' estranged son, Prince Harry, it appears unlikely that he will tune into the new episodes.
PR expert Mayah Riaz, as reported by The Mirror, conveyed that the Duke of Sussex will "not watch the new series" because "it does not accurately reflect what he went through. He has talked about how upsetting that period was for him."
