Inside Kate Middleton's Secret Trips to 'Nourish Her Inner Life'

Kate Middleton has discovered a rejuvenating hobby to nourish her soul beyond her royal responsibilities.

According to royal author Tina Brown, the Princess of Wales frequently visits London art galleries and museums alone, away from her husband Prince William.

In her book "The Palace Papers," Brown reveals that Kate values her private time, away from family and public scrutiny, as a means to "get herself fixed."

The mother-of-three, who studied Art at the University of St Andrews in 2005, expressed her love for art during a visit to a David Hockney exhibition at the Royal Academy. Reportedly, Kate mentioned, "I miss my history of art. It's what I do to get my fix."

In addition to her personal pursuits, Kate remains engaged in various social work projects. Recently, she delivered a thought-provoking speech at the Shaping Us National Symposium on November 15, 2023.

Launched by Kate and The Royal Foundation in January 2023, the program aims to emphasize the importance of early childhood. During her speech, Kate emphasized that the campaign extends beyond the youngest children in society, addressing the many young people and adults who are facing challenges.

"Because if we can create a society which sees the child within every adult – and the adult within every child – we will finally start to change it for the better," she added.
