In an interview with GB News, Burrell remarked, "Kate hasn't made a misstep, and Kate possesses something that Meghan doesn't: class. And class is timeless."
As a supporter of the royal family, Burrell emphasized that Princess Diana's daughter-in-law doesn't feel the need to respond because she conducts herself perfectly. He expressed his admiration for Prince William and Kate, stating, "You can see our king and queen in waiting doing exactly what we want them to do."
Burrell acknowledged the future throne occupants, adding, "They are destined for the throne one day, whereas Harry and Meghan are not, and that must be a bitter pill to swallow."
"Kate has all the resources at her disposal, a wonderful family, and a loving husband by her side, which must be a source of envy," he shared.
Burrell went on to assert that Meghan's desire to avoid a supporting role within Buckingham Palace was the real motive behind the couple's surprising departure. "She didn't want to be a supporting actress," he claimed.
In 2020, Prince Harry and Meghan stepped down from their senior royal duties.
