King Charles, Camilla, William, and Kate Present a Unified Front in Warm Welcome to President of Korea

In a display of unity and regal elegance, King Charles, alongside Queen Camilla, Prince William, and Princess Kate, warmly welcomed President Yoon Suk Yeol and First Lady Kim Keon Hee of South Korea to London for a two-day tour in the U.K.

Radiating pride and enthusiasm, Prince William and Kate Middleton initiated a day of royal pageantry by meeting the presidential couple at their London hotel. Together, they proceeded to Horse Guards Parade, where they joined King Charles and Queen Camilla for a ceremonial welcome.

The quartet, comprising King Charles, Queen Camilla, Prince William, and Princess Kate, stood together, projecting a united front as they ushered in the spirit of Christmas.

Following a royal salute, the strains of Korea's national anthem filled the air. The President, accompanied by Britain's King, conducted the official inspection, strolling along the Guard of Honor of F Company Scots Guards.

The formalities concluded with a carriage procession along The Mall to Buckingham Palace, where a second Guard of Honor from the 1st Battalion Welsh Guards awaited. The President and First Lady joined King Charles, Queen Camilla, Prince William, and Princess Kate for this regal journey.

Further festivities await the distinguished guests, including a special exhibition in the Picture Gallery featuring items from the Royal Collection related to the Republic of Korea. A private lunch, hosted by the King and Queen, is on the agenda, followed by a spectacular display of jewels and tiaras at the state banquet in the opulent ballroom of Buckingham Palace.
