Princess Kate Initiates New Christmas Tradition for the Royal Family

This Christmas, Kate Middleton, the wife of Prince William, is poised to take the lead in hosting the annual Christmas carol service.

The forthcoming event was revealed through the Waleses' social media, featuring a carousel of photos from last year's service.

The caption on the announcement stated, "A very special Carol Service, coming soon. 'Together At Christmas with @earlychildhood' is returning to Westminster Abbey on Friday, December 8."

It further elaborated, "This will be a special moment to express gratitude to all those who contribute significantly to supporting babies, young children, and families in our communities across the UK."

"We can't wait for you to join us too – tune in on @ITV. Christmas Eve," concluded the announcement.

The series of photos included an image of the princess decorating a Christmas tree. Kate, radiating joy, was adorned in a £179 Fair Isle Jumper from Holland Cooper.

At the event, Kate will be joined by midwives and nursery teachers to celebrate those who support young children and families.

Prince William, along with their eldest two children, Prince George and Princess Charlotte, as well as the entire Royal Family, will attend this now-traditional festive occasion.

The celebration, slated to take place at Westminster Abbey, will also feature performances by singers Beverley Knight and Adam Lambert, singer-songwriter James Bay, multi-instrumentalist Jacob Collier, and performer Freya Ridings.
