James Haskell Takes Jab at Prince Harry's Marriage with Meghan Markle

Prince Harry's longtime friend, James Haskell, appeared to mock the Duke of Sussex, suggesting that Harry lost some of his fun and charm after marrying Meghan Markle.

The friendship between Prince Harry and James Haskell dates back to the 2011 wedding of Mike Tindall and Zara Phillips, where they first met.

The two formed a close bond over the years, with Haskell defending Harry from criticism surrounding his memoir, "Spare," released earlier this year.

During a recent live version of Haskell and Tindall's podcast, "The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly," the rugby player reminisced about the early days of his friendship with Prince Harry. 

He noted, "Who should be there, wandering around having a good time, but Prince Harry. He hadn't met her [Meghan] yet, so he was still quite fun."

The remark seems to imply a change in Prince Harry's demeanor since his pre-marriage days. Despite facing criticism for his memoir from some close friends and family, Haskell previously sided with Prince Harry, emphasizing the importance of speaking out when one feels oppressed or misrepresented.
