Kate Middleton's Heartwarming Gesture Leaves Royal Staff Touched

Kate Middleton's thoughtfulness and closeness to her staff have been revealed through a heartwarming gesture she made after the birth of her son, Prince Louis.

According to a former aide speaking to the Daily Telegraph, the Duchess of Cambridge went to the staff quarters at Clarence House to introduce her newborn son to them. This considerate action reportedly left the staff touched and reflects Kate's approachable and warm demeanor.

The Duchess's ability to foster close bonds with her staff is further highlighted in the book "Courtiers: The Hidden Power Behind the Crown" by royal journalist Valentine Low. The book details how Kate and Prince William maintain an informal setting in their household, insisting on a casual dress code for the staff, except for key meetings or formal appearances.

An anonymous staffer shared with Low, "[Prince William] wants it to be casual. The kids run around the office, and he does not want it to be stuffy. If we have important meetings or are going to Buckingham Palace, then, of course, we [dress up]." This approach showcases the couple's desire for a relaxed and familial atmosphere within their home and workplace.
