A collective exhale of relief must be resonating within the Royal Family after the identities of alleged 'racist royals' emerged in Omid Scobie's recent work, "Endgame."
According to Duncan Larcombe, an esteemed royal author and former editor at The Sun, the palace is likely engulfed in a "sense of relief" this weekend, as the unveiling of names is deemed the "final truth bomb."
In a conversation with The Daily Beast, Larcombe shared, "Curiously, a certain relief will permeate the palace this weekend because the final truth bomb has been detonated, revealing itself to be anticlimactic."
Larcombe astutely noted that had this revelation surfaced during Meghan Markle's initial hints at racism within the Royal Family in the 2021 interview with Oprah Winfrey, the impact would have been more damaging. At that time, the credibility of the former royals was at its peak.
Affirming his stance, Larcombe stated, "The dust will settle, and the royals will forge ahead."
"People tuned in to that interview with fascination. While they still watch, there's now a collective eye-roll, a sentiment of 'Oh, here we go again,'" added the insightful royal expert.
