King Charles Favors Prince William, Putting Reunion with Prince Harry at Risk

Uncertainty Surrounds Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's Royal Christmas Invitation

The possibility of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle spending Christmas in California looms larger as their chances of a royal invitation diminish by the day.

A source, speaking to Vanity Fair, dismissed any hope of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex celebrating the festive day with King Charles and the Royal Family in Sandringham, stating that the likelihood is 'non-existent.'

Amid reports of the eager desire of the Montecito-based couple to join the royal holiday celebrations, the 75-year-old monarch appears to have ignored an invitation to his youngest son and his family.

While expressing Charles's sincere wish to spend Christmas with both sons and grandchildren, an insider shed light on the difficulties arising from the prevailing animosity among senior royal members, especially from Prince William and Princess Kate.

"It would pose significant challenges due to the enduring hostility towards Harry and Meghan, particularly from [Prince William and Princess Kate]," they revealed.

The insider added, "Charles is deeply concerned about the potential risks of conversations being leaked by the Sussex camp, leading to a scarcity of interactions between the parties."

A separate source close to the Prince and Princess of Wales reiterated their reluctance, stating that they have no inclination to be in the same room as Harry and Meghan, let alone spend Christmas with them.
