Meghan Markle Allegedly Distances Herself from Naming 'Racist Royals' in Omid Scobie's Endgame: Source

Amidst the controversies surrounding Omid Scobie's latest book, "Endgame," which revealed the names of alleged 'racist royals,' a source close to Meghan Markle vehemently denies her involvement in the name-drop.

Rebecca English, the Royal editor of the Daily Mail, referenced The Daily Telegraph to report that the Duchess of Sussex insists she "never intended the [names] to be publicly identified."

Scobie's book, published on Nov. 28, alleged that Meghan wrote a private letter to King Charles, disclosing the names of royals who questioned the skin color of her and Prince Harry's son, Archie, before his birth. The situation escalated when the Dutch version of the book included the names of the alleged perpetrators.

A senior Palace source, as reported by The Sun, suggested that the former actress may have leaked the names in an act of revenge against the Royal Family.

Journalist Piers Morgan claimed that the "two names in the Dutch edition match the names of the alleged 'racists' cited in the Meghan/Charles letter exchange post-Oprah [Winfrey interview]," adding that Scobie could only have obtained this information from Meghan or her associates.

However, Meghan's source countered that the letter "was not leaked to Mr. Scobie by anyone in [Meghan's] camp," according to English.
