The growing rift between Prince Harry and the royal family is reportedly attributed to Meghan Markle, according to British journalist Nichi Hodgson.
In a discussion with GB News, Hodgson suggested that while the UK public might be open to welcoming Prince Harry back into the fold, the reception for Meghan would be less favorable.
She remarked, "I think the thorn in his [Prince Harry's] side is Meghan really. Because people have a distaste for her and how she goes about things. Harry could come back into the fold."
Hodgson continued, expressing the belief that the British people would be open to Harry's return but suggested that it might require his divorce.
The Duchess of Sussex faced negative public perception following explosive claims made by her alleged "mouthpiece" Omid Scobie in the Dutch version of his book "Endgame." Scobie revealed the names of two royal figures involved in racist conversations about Harry and Meghan's son Archie. This latest development strained the couple's already troubled relationship with the royal family.
Amidst rumors of reconciliation, reports indicate that Harry and Meghan are excluded from royal Christmas festivities, casting doubt on their plans to mend ties with the royal family.
