Despite Doria's multiple trips to London before Meghan's 2018 wedding to Prince Harry, the former Suits actress seemingly wanted to keep a distance between her mother and the royal couple. The insider described the situation as "very bizarre," noting that William and Kate had "repeatedly" expressed a desire to meet Doria.
