Nostradamus, the 16th-century French astrologer renowned for his
prophecies, has forewarned of challenges ahead for King Charles and Queen
Camilla, predicting "persistent attacks" on the royal couple's reign. The
astrologer, credited with foreseeing significant historical events, including
global conflicts and disasters, has raised concerns about the monarchy's future.
Nostradamus' predictions for 2024 include global strife, sea warfare, royal
turmoil, and humanitarian disasters. Notably, the astrologer's previous
predictions are said to have anticipated events such as the rise of Adolf
Hitler, the assassination of John F. Kennedy, the September 11 attacks, and
the COVID pandemic.
Mario Reading, a British author and Nostradamus commentator, interprets one of the astrologer's passages mentioning a "King of the Isles" being "driven out by force." Reading suggests that this points to King Charles abdicating due to "persistent attacks on both himself and his second wife," with Prince Harry potentially succeeding him.
Contrary opinions exist, with some experts and historians recalling previous misconceptions about Nostradamus predicting the world's end in 1999. Despite historical inaccuracies, Nostradamus' prophecies continue to capture attention and speculation about the future of the British monarchy.
