Facing backlash since the release of his book "Endgame" on November 28,
Omid Scobie has made an unexpected plea on social media, encouraging more people
to read his book.
Taking to Twitter, Scobie wrote, "There is so much in this book that large sections of the press don’t want you to read, so it’s great to see new readers discovering #ENDGAME for themselves." He continued, "I’m told there has been a big upsurge in e-book and audiobook sales this week, so thank you."
The royal author, often referred to as Meghan's mouthpiece, has stirred
controversy by revealing the identity of the individuals alleged to have
raised concerns about the skin tone of Harry and Meghan's son Archie in the
Dutch edition of his book. The book was later reprinted after Scobie expressed
regret for his actions.
In the midst of speculation about Meghan writing her own memoir, Scobie has advised the Duchess to be transparent and authentic in conveying her thoughts if she indeed plans to write a book. This comes after Scobie faced criticism for his recent book and its revelations about the royal family.
