The absence of Prince William and Kate Middleton, along with their three
children, from photographs of the royal family's traditional Christmas lunch at
Windsor Castle has sparked speculation and reactions from fans. Almost all other
members of the royal family were photographed attending the festive event hosted
by King Charles III.
While some fans speculated that the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge may have
skipped the event to avoid making Prince Harry feel alone, others pointed out
that the family resides in Adelaide Cottage on the Windsor estate, possibly
contributing to their absence in the photographs.
The Christmas lunch, a regular event for the Prince and Princess of Wales and
their children, was canceled in 2020 and 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic but
resumed last year. The festive feast was attended by numerous royals, although
Prince Harry, Meghan Markle, and their children were reportedly not invited.
The absence of William and Kate from the photographs highlights the public's keen interest in royal family dynamics and events, leading to various speculations and reactions on social media.
