Royal expert Richard Palmer expressed his belief that, without the endorsement of King Charles and official approval through new legislation, the titles of Archie and Lilibet's dedicated parents will remain intact.
Taking to X, formerly Twitter, Palmer tweeted, “No matter how many times it’s written or a backbench MP calls for it, Harry and Meghan are never going to be stripped of their titles without the King and the UK government supporting new legislation allowing it.”
Furthermore, Palmer disclosed that at present, neither Charles III nor Rishi Sunak lends their support to such a proposition.

These remarks come in response to conservative MP Bob Seely's commitment to swiftly drafting a law that would deprive Prince Harry and Meghan Markle of their royal titles—a measure he has labeled the “nuclear option.“
