Keen to dispel misconceptions after a challenging 2023, Meghan Markle is reportedly contemplating the release of a memoir.
As disclosed to Closer by royal author Tom Bower, the Duchess of Sussex is considering this step to address mounting accusations, notably her connection with royal biographer Omid Scobie.
Scobie, labeled Meghan and Prince Harry’s ‘mouthpiece,’ delivered scathing critiques of royal family members, including Kate Middleton, in his November release, "Endgame."
Speculation among royal experts and critics suggests Scobie may have had support from the Sussexes in accessing insider information for the book.
Bower predicts that Meghan and Harry's urgency to address these issues will heighten in the upcoming year.
Rumors of Meghan's potential memoir emerged following the Sussexes’ two-year deal with publishing powerhouse Penguin Random House. It's noteworthy that King Charles' youngest son also unveiled his memoir, "Spare," under the same publisher in January of the preceding year.
