Prince Harry and Meghan Markle Grapple with Hollywood Snub as They Aim for a Comeback in 2024

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle find themselves in a state of disappointment after a significant snub from Hollywood. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, still recovering from a major Emmy Awards oversight, are reportedly feeling wounded and cornered, especially given the immense popularity of their controversial documentary that failed to secure a nomination.

The California-based couple faced the pain of exclusion, not even receiving an invitation to the ceremony, adding to the sting of being mockingly dismissed at the recent Golden Globes.

PR expert Lynn Carratt shared insights, stating, "Meghan and Harry may feel slightly wounded by not receiving an Emmy Nomination, despite their Harry & Meghan docuseries becoming a record for the biggest debut for a Netflix documentary, reaching more than 28 million households. However, they were up against tough competition for nominations."

Carratt also pointed out that Meghan's past experiences included missing out on Emmy nominations during her seven seasons in the TV show 'Suits,' which never garnered any prestigious Emmy or Golden Globe award recognitions.

Describing Harry and Meghan as "deeply hurt," Carratt acknowledged their intention to bounce back in 2024. This year has already been eventful for the couple with the release of two books providing insights into their lives within the Royal Family.

Despite their efforts to rebound, some royal commentators have cautioned that the couple may risk further isolation from the royal family. The path to reintegration may prove challenging in the aftermath of the Hollywood snub.
