Royal expert Angela Levin voiced her disapproval on GB News, deeming Prince Harry's 'jokes' during the award ceremony as 'ludicrous' given the ongoing royal health concerns.
Levin recounted the Duke's remarks at the event, stating, "Harry was there yesterday evening to take the award, and John Travolta was there to give it to him."
"He said: 'Ah, do you remember when you danced with my mother? I was only one. And look at us now, I expect you still celebrate it every night that you danced with her,'" added Angela.
The expert criticized Harry for not mentioning his ailing father or sister-in-law during the ceremony, stating that his attempt at humor appeared insincere.
Angela argued that the Duke of Sussex should have conveyed support and well wishes to his family amidst the severe health crisis. However, she observed that his speech and gestures at the event indicated that he ignored and appeared unaffected by the health issues faced by Charles and Kate.
"I think when you've got two people in your family who are unwell and it's quite a shock, a sentence wouldn't have hurt," remarked Levin.
Notably, Prince Harry's appearance at the award ceremony occurred after the Royal Palaces had announced the health problems of both the Monarch and Kate Middleton.
