Prince Harry Regrets Not Taking King Charles' Calls Amid Estrangement

Amidst his strained relationship with father King Charles, Prince Harry, the Duke of Sussex, reportedly regrets not answering his father's calls and misses the life he once enjoyed within the Royal Family.

Since his departure from the Royal Family in 2020, Prince Harry has been estranged from King Charles. Now, he expresses a yearning for a call from his father, longing for the life he left behind in the UK.

In September 2022, during a visit to London for the WellChild Awards, Prince Harry claimed in his memoir "Spare" that he learned about Queen Elizabeth's passing through the BBC as no one informed him. However, author Robert Hardman contradicts this in his new book, stating that a Palace staff member revealed King Charles had been urgently trying to contact his son, but the calls couldn't get through as Harry was airborne.

According to the official, "There were repeated attempts to get through to him, but no calls were going through because Harry was airborne."

While Prince Harry allegedly spoke to his father on the phone on his 75th birthday, he is currently engaged in a court battle to fund his family's security. Express.co.uk previously reported that Harry is "longing to come back to his home country" to be with King Charles and his brother Prince William.

During the promotion of his memoir last year, Prince Harry expressed a desire to mend relationships, stating, "It never needed to be this way. I would like to get my father back. I would like to have my brother back."

The decision on whether King Charles will permit Prince Harry to return to the UK remains uncertain.
