Prince Harry Shares Amusing Anecdote About King Charles Ahead of Prostate Operation

In a delightful moment at the Living Legends of Aviation awards, Prince Harry entertained the audience with a humorous story about his father, King Charles III. The Duke of Sussex, who attended the event without Meghan Markle, showcased his sense of humor as he reminisced about King Charles' flying experience, just days before the upcoming prostate operation.

During an interaction with John Travolta, who inquired about his first flight, Prince Harry recounted a helicopter journey he took with his dad when he was young. He humorously revealed feeling "terrified" when King Charles boarded the helicopter with him.

The father of two disclosed that the memorable helicopter ride occurred when he was around seven or eight years old, sharing the aircraft with the then Prince of Wales.

Honored as a Living Legend at the star-studded ceremony, Prince Harry, in his speech, did not touch upon his father's recent health concerns.

John Travolta, recalling the time he met a young Harry and his late mother, Diana, Princess of Wales, at the White House, prompted Harry to reflect on the years. He reportedly said to John, "I was just a one-year-old when you danced with my mum at the White House, and now look at us. The only thing left to do is... not dance together but fly together."

Despite not mentioning it during the ceremony, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are said to have privately expressed their support to King Charles and Princess of Wales amid their health worries.
