According to royal author Angela Levin, speaking on GB News, the Duke of Sussex "has been outnumbered since he met Meghan and her mother." Levin expressed her perspective, stating, "He’s given in. He walks behind them. He has no power."
Levin further elaborated on Harry's perceived lack of decision-making authority, asserting, "You don’t feel he’s making decisions. The decisions come from Meghan, and maybe Meghan discusses them with her mother or just tells her mother."
Former 'Suits' star Meghan gained prominence after marrying Prince Harry, who was previously considered one of Britain’s most influential figures. The couple chose to step down as senior working royals in 2020 and relocated to the US to pursue a financially independent life.
The award-winning royal biographer highlighted Meghan's assertiveness in business dealings, stating, "She’s been a long time without her new PR people being able to tie up some deal." Levin added, "She’ll only take a deal where she’s in charge, and it’s very important."
Despite reports of Prince Harry's desire to spend time with his royal relatives, Meghan's focus on her future in the US is reportedly a significant obstacle to his return to the UK.
