Following their recent trip to Jamaica, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have reportedly acquired a new website

In a surprising turn of events, the couple revealed Sussex.com, signaling a potential rebranding effort post the collapse of their Spotify deal in June 2023.

Amid swirling speculations about a forthcoming docuseries or book, the Sussexes astounded the public with their latest venture, deemed by experts as an endeavor to carve their niche as American royalty.

Reports suggest that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, grappling with the fallout from their Netflix deal, found a silver lining after their controversial excursion to Jamaica in late January 2024.

Their presence at the premiere of Bob Marley: One Love in Kingston, where they mingled with Paramount executives and the Prime Minister of Jamaica, set tongues wagging.

According to The Sun, the Sussexes reportedly engaged US-based tech entrepreneur Neil Agate for the undisclosed acquisition of Sussex.com, mere days after their return from Jamaica.

The domain was registered on February 4, adorned with a coat of arms nine days later, indicating a swift post-trip move.

Notably, the couple also revamped their Archewell site, redirecting it to the new domain.

In an interview with The Sun, Agate revealed, "I received inquiries over the years. You wouldn’t believe how many Sussex insurance companies there are. Most weren’t worth the effort. I got an email from a broker in December and replied with my asking price. They accepted it."

He further stated, "I think the price was fair. I didn’t know who was buying it. I’m very happy with the situation."

While the timing of the website launch raises eyebrows, it remains unclear whether Prince Harry and Meghan Markle secured funding for their rebranding endeavor.
