Kate Middleton's new video, released to commemorate a major milestone, showcases the Princess smiling and enjoying moments with children.

The video, shared on Instagram by The Royal Foundation Centre for Early Childhood, celebrates the first anniversary of Shaping Us, a campaign launched by the Princess of Wales in January 2023 to highlight the importance of the early years of a person's life.

In the video, Kate appears in good spirits, marking a special moment for the Princess as she continues her recovery at home with her husband Prince William and their three children in Windsor.

The caption accompanying the sweet video reads: "What a year it’s been since the launch of #ShapingUs!" The Royal Foundation Centre for Early Childhood wrote. "Our campaign highlights the unique importance of early childhood.

From pregnancy to the age of five, our brains develop faster than at any other time in our lives. Our experiences, surroundings, and relationships at that very young age shape the adults we become and the society we create together."

The video showcases several engagements that Kate undertook over the past 12 months as part of her campaign. From classrooms with youngsters to the rugby field, where she visited the Maidenhead Rugby Club in June to discuss the impact of male caregivers and sports on children, Kate's dedication shines through.

The post also features a voiceover of Princess Kate's speech from the symposium, where she expressed: "People often ask me why I focus my time on early childhood. Well, the answer is because I care deeply about making a positive difference in helping the most vulnerable and supporting those who are most in need."
