King Charles Discharged from Hospital After Successful Surgery

The King of the United Kingdom, King Charles, has been discharged from the London Clinic following a successful corrective procedure for an enlarged prostate, as confirmed by Buckingham Palace on Monday.

In an official statement, a spokesperson for the Monarch announced, "King Charles was discharged from the hospital this afternoon following planned medical treatment. He has adjusted his upcoming public engagements to allow for a period of private recuperation."

Expressing gratitude, the statement continued, "He extends his thanks to the medical team and all those involved in his hospital care, and appreciates the kind messages he has received during his recovery."

On January 26, Queen Camilla provided reassurance that Charles is 'doing well' following the surgery for his enlarged prostate.

Earlier today, Kensington Palace also confirmed Princess Kate's return home to Windsor to continue her recovery from abdominal surgery.

The statement conveyed, "The Prince and Princess express immense gratitude to the entire team at The London Clinic, particularly the dedicated nursing staff, for their exceptional care. The Wales family remains thankful for the global well wishes they have received."
