Prince Harry Faces 'Serious' Legal Concerns Following GMA Interview

Prince Harry receives a stark warning regarding potential 'disastrous' repercussions stemming from his recent interview.

Legal troubles have emerged for the Duke of Sussex after discussing his intentions to pursue American citizenship in a recent interview.

During his conversation with host Will Reeves on Good Morning America, Prince Harry disclosed his contemplation of acquiring US citizenship since relocating to California four years ago.

The Heritage Foundation, a conservative group in the United States, has now petitioned the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to disclose Prince Harry's immigration records to ascertain his response regarding drug consumption.

In the US visa application process, applicants must indicate "yes" or "no" to the question, "Are you or have you ever been a drug abuser or addict?"

Prince Harry, author of the memoir 'The Spare', openly discussed his use of cocaine, marijuana, and psychedelic mushrooms on various occasions in the book released last year.

According to an immigration lawyer speaking to the Daily Mail, "This could be very serious for Prince Harry. If he didn't tick the 'yes' box when he entered the States then his visa will be reviewed and it is possible it could be revoked. If he is thinking of applying for citizenship, then having his visa revoked would be a disaster."

The United States think tank suspects that Prince Harry might have been granted a waiver if he admitted to drug consumption on his application, hence their determination to identify the individual who granted the waiver.

Despite previous denials from the DHS, citing privacy concerns regarding Prince Harry, the Heritage Foundation remains resolute in their pursuit of information.
